摘 要:大型立式轴流泵站虹吸式出水流道真空破坏阀是保障主机组安全运行的重要设备,承担虹吸式出水流道快速闸门的作用,防止主机组停机时水流倒灌产生水泵叶轮飞逸事故。本文通过分析江都一站气动式真空破坏阀运行时存在的问题,结合破真空断流的工作原理,提出真空破坏阀本体改造技术方案,总结技术改造取得的成效。此技术方案实现了真空破坏阀在主机组停机时无须动力源自动打开断流,提高了主机组安全停机的可靠性,取消了泵站工程辅机供气系统设备,可为泵站虹吸式出水流道真空破坏阀的选择安装提供技术参考。The vacuum breaker in the siphon discharge channel of a large vertical axial flow pumping station is a crucial device for ensuring the safe operation of the main units.It serves to function as a rapid gate in the siphon discharge channel,preventing water from flowing back and causing accidents like pump impeller ejection during shutdowns.This paper analyzes the issues encountered during the operation of the pneumatic vacuum breaker in a station in Jiangdu.By considering the principles of vacuum breaking and flow interruption,it proposes a technical solution for the modification of the vacuum breaker’s main body and summarizes the achieved outcomes from the technical transformation.This solution achieves the automatic opening and flow interruption of the vacuum breaker during main unit shutdowns without the need for an external power source,enhancing the reliability of safe shutdowns for the main units.Additionally,it eliminates the need for auxiliary equipment in the air supply system of the pumping station,providing technical reference for the selection and installation of vacuum breakers in the siphon discharge channel of the pumping station.
