摘 要:为探究机组异常振动原因,采用锤击法激励对机组转子轴系进行实验模态测试分析,得到机组转子轴系前5阶模态参数。结果表明,第3阶模态频率与机组工作转速十分接近,极易产生共振,建议采取优化减振措施,避免固有频率落在工作频率10%范围内。传递函数相干分析和MAC矩阵校验结果均表明,实验模态测试和分析结果合理可靠。建议确保设备安装质量,避免激励频率与系统某阶固有频率接近,产生共振。In order to explore the causes of abnormal vibration in the units,experimental modal testing and analysis of the rotor shaft system is conducted using the impact excitation method.The first five mode parameters of the rotor shaft system are obtained.The results indicate that the frequency of the third mode is very close to the operating speed of the unit,making it prone to resonance.It is recommended to implement optimized damping measures to prevent the natural frequency from falling within a 10%range of the operating frequency.Coherence analysis of transfer functions and validation of the MAC matrix both suggest that the experimental modal testing and analysis results are reasonable and reliable.It is advised to ensure the quality of equipment installation and avoid resonance by preventing excitation frequencies from approaching the natural frequencies of the system’s modes.
