摘 要:为解决某立式X流道双向泵站配套电机安装过程中推力头卡阻的问题,采用理论分析结合现场量测的方法进行了分析。发现原因是定、转子生产中几何中心线出现了10mm偏差。为此针对不同安装整改方案进行了利害分析,确定了较优的整改措施。结果表明:整改方案成功解决了水泵电机的安装问题,满足了立式轴流泵机组安装规范要求,安装后经试运行检验机组性能正常。本文的整改思路和措施可为类似工程机组的安装方案借鉴,也可供电机产品设计参考。To address the issue of thrust head obstruction during the installation of a certain vertical X-flow dual-channel pumping station and its accompanying motor,a combination of theoretical analysis and on-site measurements was employed.It was discovered that the root cause was a 10mm deviation in the geometric center line of the stator and rotor during production.Consequently,various corrective installation schemes were analyzed for their advantages and disadvantages,leading to the identification of an optimal corrective measure.The results indicate that the corrective measure successfully resolved the installation problem of the pump motor,meeting the installation standards for the vertical shaft pump unit.Following installation,the unit’s performance was verified as normal during trial operation.The corrective approach and measures proposed in this study serve as a valuable reference for similar engineering unit installations and provide essential insights for the design of motor products.
