摘  要:托巴水电站主体砂石加工系统成品骨料生产能力为1250t/h,可同时生产80~40mm大石、40~20mm中石、20~5mm小石、碾压砂及常态砂,母岩为国内水电站首次使用的辉长岩。针对系统生产能力大、成品骨料品种多、场地狭窄、绿色智慧化要求高等问题,本文从平面布置、工艺流程及绿色智慧应用设计三方面进行了详细的阐述。成品骨料生产能力、品质各项指标满足规范及设计要求,可为类似工程提供参考。The finished aggregate production capacity of Toba Hydropower Station’s main body sand and gravel processing system is 1250t/h.It simultaneously produces large stones sized 80~40mm,medium stones sized 40~20mm,small stones sized 20~5mm,crushed sand,and normal sand.The parent rock used is diorite,which is being employed for the first time in domestic hydroelectric power stations.In response to challenges such as the high production capacity of the system,diverse types of finished aggregates,limited space,and the need for green and intelligent solutions,this paper provides a detailed exposition from three aspects:spatial layout,process flow,and design with green and intelligent applications.The finished aggregate production capacity and various quality indicators meet specifications and design requirements,serving as a reference for similar projects.
