广东民营经济人士政治培养路径研究——基于广东的实际调查

摘　　要：随着社会主义市场经济的稳步发展,民营经济人士逐渐形成新的社会阶层,成为中国特色社会主义事业建设者、统一战线的重要成员。本文梳理了民营经济领域党的路线方针政策发展历程,主要特点为发展民营经济、推动民营经济人士健康成长、支持工商联事业改革发展的方针政策坚定不移;厘清了广东民营经济人士政治参与变化趋势及特点,主要表现为思想状态从参而不语向积极参与转变、参与程度从参而不谋向建言献策转变、政治追求从“利己”“短期”向“利他”“长期”转变,组织推进上实现点线面协同效应;阐述了广东民营经济人士政治培养的路径特点及生成机制,主要分为政治体系框架下参与和多元社会活动参与两种方式,政治参与和政治培养基本形成一体、全程、长效互动机制;分析了存在的问题,具体表现为代表人士的政治安排资源有限、代表性人物不多,商协会功能未能充分发挥,政治培养教育培训缺乏系统规划,新生代政治历练不够、政治才能不高;从强化发展信心、推动经济转型、履行社会责任、加强代际传承、完善统战组织网络等方面提出了广东民营经济人士政治培养路径的建议。As the socialist market economy system steadily advances,private entrepreneurs have gradually formed a new social stratum,emerging as crucial contributors to the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and important members of the united front.This paper provides an overview of the developmental trajectory of the Communist Party of China’s guiding principles and policies in the private economic sector,with a primary emphasis on unwavering commitment to fostering the development of private enterprise,promoting the healthy growth of private entrepreneurs,and supporting the reform and development of the Federation of Industry and Commerce.The changes in the political participation of private entrepreneurs in Guangdong are primarily reflected in the shift of ideological status from passive participation to active engagement,the increase in participation levels from silence to making suggestions,the transformation of political pursuits from‘self-interest’and‘short-term’to‘altruism’and‘long-term’,thereby achieving synergistic effects at the levels of points,lines,and surfaces in organizational advancement.The distinctive features and mechanisms of political cultivation for private entrepreneurs in Guangdong are explored,encompassing two main methods:participation within the political system framework and engagement in various social activities.Political participation and cultivation are integrated into a cohesive,full-process,long-term interactive mechanism.Current challenges include limited political arrangement resources for representatives,a scarcity of prominent figures,underutilization of the functions of business associations,inadequate systematic planning for political education and cultivation,and a deficiency in political experience and capabilities among the new generation.This paper proposes recommendations for the political cultivation path of private entrepreneurs in Guangdong,emphasizing the reinforcement of development confidence,facilitation of economic transformation,fu
