摘  要:凝汽器是汽轮机组重要的换热设备,其冷源损失较大,影响电厂经济效益与节能减排效果,结垢是其中的重要原因。对火电厂凝汽器除垢技术进行了较为系统的分析,结果表明,相比于常规除垢措施,智能电磁储能式抑菌除垢系统的效果良好,能减少燃料的使用,同时实现杀菌灭藻,达到为电厂节能和减碳降污的效果。Condensers are important heat exchange equipment for steam turbine units,and their large loss of cold source affects the economic efficiency and energy saving and emission reduction effects of power plants.Scale formation is an important reason.A systematic analysis of the descaling technolo-gy for condenser in thermal power plants has been conducted.The results show that compared with conventional descaling measures,the intelligent electromagnetic energy storage bactericidal descaling system has good effects,which can reduce the use of fuel,while achieving sterilization and algaecide,achieving the effect of energy saving and carbon reduction for power plants.
