摘　　要：为探究丁酸钠对断奶仔猪健康和腹泻的影响,试验进行了系统回顾和荟萃分析。计算机检索Wan Fang Data、CNKI、CQVIP、Pub Med数据库,查找丁酸钠对断奶仔猪健康和腹泻率影响的相关试验研究。检索年限为2005—2022年,按照纳入和排除标准筛选文献、提取资料,用Review Manager 5.4软件进行Meta分析。纳入14项研究,共计样本1098个。Meta分析结果显示:丁酸钠组的平均日增重极显著高于空白组(P<0.00001,SMD=4.2,95%CI为2.66~5.73);丁酸钠组的平均日采食量与空白组比较差异不显著(P=0.25,SMD=0.69,95%CI为-0.48~1.87);丁酸钠组的料重比与空白组比较差异极显著(P<0.00001,SMD=-2.10,95%CI为-2.90~-1.30);丁酸钠组的腹泻率极显著低于空白组(P<0.00001,SMD=-4.54,95%CI为-6.16~-2.92)。说明,断奶仔猪饲料中添加一定比例丁酸钠可提高平均日增重,降低料重比和腹泻率,但对平均日采食量的影响不大。To investigate the effects of sodium butyrate on the health and diarrhea of weaned piglets,this article conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis.Computer search of Wan Fang Data,CNKI,CQVIP,Pub Med databases to investigate the effects of sodium butyrate on the health and diarrhea rate of weaned piglets.The search period was from 2005 to 2022,and literature was selected and extracted based on inclusion and exclusion criteria.Meta analysis was conducted using Review Manager 5.4 software.14 studies were included,with a total of 1098 samples.Meta analysis results showed that the average daily weight gain of the sodium butyrate group was significantly higher than that of the blank group(P<0.00001,SMD=4.2,95%CI:2.66-5.73);the average daily feed intake of the sodium butyrate group was not significantly different from the blank group(P=0.25,SMD=0.69,95%CI:-0.48-1.87);the difference in material to weight ratio between the sodium butyrate group and the blank group was extremely significant(P<0.00001,SMD=-2.10,95%CI:-2.90--1.30);the diarrhea rate in the sodium butyrate group was significantly lower than that in the blank group(P<0.0001,SMD=-4.54,95%CI:-6.16--2.92).Adding a certain proportion of sodium butyrate to the feed of weaned piglets can significantly increase the average daily gain,reduce the feed to weight ratio and diarrhea rate,but the effect on the average daily feed intake is not significant.
