摘　　要：该试验通过在饲料中添加不同浓度的赖氨酸,探究其对红螯螯虾(Cherax quadricarinatus)幼虾生长性能和免疫功能的影响。该试验选取健康、初始体质量为(0.45±0.32)g的红螯螯虾为试验对象,共900尾,分为5个试验组(A~E),每组设3个重复。配制赖氨酸的不同添加量为1.3%、1.6%、1.9%、2.2%、2.5%的等氮、等能的5种配合饲料,进行为期8周的饲养试验。试验结果显示,与其他各组相比,D组(2.2%)达到最大值;终末体质量、增重率和特定生长率有显著差异(P<0.05);血清中HEM、ALB、GLB、肝胰腺中AKP、ACP和免疫基因ALF、LZM、CHH、SPI的基因表达水平D组达到最大值,差异显著(P<0.05);血清和肝胰腺中的ALT、AST活性D组达到最小值,差异显著(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,红螯螯虾饲料中最适的赖氨酸添加量为1.75%~2.05%。This experiment investigates the effects of adding different concentrations of lysine to feed on the growth performance and immune function of Cherax quadricarinatus.This experiment selected 900 healthy Cherax quadricarinatus with an initial weight of(0.45±0.32)g as the experimental subjects,divided into 5 experimental groups(A-E),each with 3 replicates.Five types of formula feed with different amounts of lysine added:1.3%,1.6%,1.9%,2.2%,and 2.5%of equal nitrogen and equal energy were prepared for an 8-week feeding experiment.The experimental results showed that compared with other groups,Group D(2.2%)reached its maximum value.There were significant differences in final body weight,weight gain rate,and specific growth rate(P<0.05).The gene expression levels of HEM,ALB,GLB in serum,AKP,ACP in liver and pancreas,and immune genes ALF,LZM,CHH,and SPI in group D reached their maximum values,with significant differences(P<0.05);The activity of ALT and AST in serum and hepatopancreas in group D reached the minimum value,with significant differences(P<0.05).In summary,this article recommends that the optimal amount of lysine added to Cherax quadricarinatus feed is 1.75%-2.05%.
