红山水库浮游生物调查及鱼产力估算

摘　　要：参照《内陆水域渔业资源调查手册》,于2021年5月、7月和9月,对内蒙古自治区赤峰市红山水库的浮游生物进行了3次采样调查,共鉴定到浮游植物6门87个种属,浮游植物平均生物量为11.899 mg/L,平均密度为3111.99×10^(4)个/L,Margalef指数平均为1.394,Shannon-Wiener指数平均为2.766,Pielou指数平均为0.597。共鉴定到4门39个种属的浮游动物,浮游动物平均生物量为3.183 mg/L,平均密度为5776.78个/L,Margalef指数平均为2.087,Shannon-Wiener指数平均为2.044,Pielou指数平均为0.548。综合浮游生物种群结构、现存量和生物多样性指数结果,红山水库处于富营养化状态。根据红山水库浮游生物调查结果估算鱼产力为115.611 kg/hm ^(2)。With reference to the manual of fishery resources survey in inland waters,three sampling surveys of phytoplankton in Hongshan Reservoir,Chifeng City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,were conducted in May,July and September 2021,and a total of 87 species and genera of phytoplankton of six phyla were identified,with an average phytoplankton biomass of 11.899 mg/L,an average density of 3,111.99×10^(4)individuals/L,a Margalef.The average Margalef index was 2.087,the average Shannon-Wiener index was 2.044,and the average Pielou index was 0.548.The results of the integrated zooplankton population structure,the existing amount and the biodiversity index showed that the Hongshan Reservoir was in the state of eutrophication.The fish productivity was estimated to be 115.611 kg/hm^(2)based on the results of plankton survey in Hongshan Reservoir.
