摘　　要：课程思政作为立德树人的根本遵循,对于提升人才培养品质具有至关重要的意义。发酵工程原理与技术是一门研究生学位课程,其目的是运用生物学知识和工程概念,解决生物技术产业化过程中涉及发酵和生产的关键问题。文章通过有效地挖掘该课程中的思政元素并融于教学当中,形成“融教书育人、知识传授、能力培养、素质教育于一体”的教学理念,以期提高课程教学吸引力和思政育人效果。As an important cornerstone of moral education,curriculum ideology and politics is of vital importance in enhancing the quality of talent cultivation.Principles and Technology of Fermentation Engineering is a postgraduate course that aims to apply biological knowledge and engineering concepts to solve the key problems of fermentation and production in the process of biotechnology industrialization.By effectively exploring the elements of ideology and politics in the course and integrating them into the teaching,the article forms the teaching concept of"integrating teaching and education,knowledge transfer,ability training and quality education",so as to improve the attractions of the course teaching and the effect of ideological and political education.
