摘 要:随着现代化经济的快速发展,干式变压器需求量越来越大,但由于其绕组材料铜箔价格的不断升高,加大了干式变压器的制造成本。为降低变压器材料的制造成本,市场出现了一种“以铝代铜”的模式,即以与铜性质相近的铝金属作为铜的替代品用来制造干式变压器的绕组,极大地降低干式变压器的成本。本文分析了干式变压器的发展前景,对比了干式变压器用铝箔和铜箔两种绕组材料的机械性能、导电性能、物理性能、工艺技术、安全性等,提出了干式变压器中“以铝代铜”改进措施,证明了干式变压器绕组材料“以铝代铜”的可行性。With the rapid development of modern economy,the demand for dry-type transformers is increasing,and the price of the winding material—copper foil continues to rise,such increasing the manufacturing cost of dry-type transformers.In order to reduce the manufacturing cost of transformer materials,the market has emerged a model of"replacing copper with aluminum",that is,alumi⁃num metal with similar copper property is used as a substitute for copper to manufacture the windings of dry-type transformers,which greatly reduces the cost of dry-type transformers.The development prospect of dry-type transformers is analyzed,the mechanical properties,conductivity,physical properties,process technology and safety of the two winding materials of aluminum foil and copper foil for dry-type transformers are compared,and the improvement measures of"replacing copper with aluminum"in dry-type trans⁃formers are proposed,which proves the feasibility of"replacing copper with aluminum"of dry-type transformer winding materials.
