摘 要:针对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu铝合金厚板截面阳极氧化过程中出现的色差缺陷问题,通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜、布氏硬度计及氧化膜测试仪等多种检测仪器,对缺陷进行了定性分析,确定了色差产生的根本原因,并开展了不同轧制工艺对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu铝合金厚板截面再结晶组织的影响研究。结果表明:Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系厚板色差缺陷产生的根本原因与整个截面再结晶组织分布不均匀有关;精确控制轧制工艺可有效改善厚度截面的色差现象,获得满足要求的产品。The defect of color difference on the section of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu series aluminum alloy thick plate was found during anod⁃ic oxidation,qualitative analysis of defect was performed by testing equipment,such as the microscope,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Brinell hardness tester and oxide film tester and so on.The basic reason of color difference was determined,and the effect of different rolling process on recrystallization structure of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu series aluminum alloy thick plate was studied.The results show that:the fundamental cause of color difference defect of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu series thick plate is related to the uneven distribution of recrystallization structure in the whole section;the color difference of the thickness section can be effectively improved by accurate⁃ly controlling the rolling process,and obtaining products that meet the requirements.
