摘 要:对芯材铸锭采用不同热处理工艺,冷轧成品分别采用250℃×2 h和400℃×2 h的退火处理,然后进行模拟钎焊处理。采用金相显微镜观察样品的金相组织,并用游标卡尺测量成品样品钎焊前后的尺寸数据。实验结果表明,铸锭不均热处理,Mn过饱和度高,成品高温退火易形成长条状大晶粒,钎焊后晶粒尺寸变化不明显。无论铸锭是否均热处理,成品采用低温退火后组织均为纤维组织,采用高温退火后为再结晶组织,钎焊后均为再结晶组织。钎焊前、后组织中的空位、位错、晶界数量变化导致材料密度变化,是钎焊后出现尺寸缩减的主要原因。对于电池冷却板的材料和工艺设计,采用铸锭不均热处理、成品高温退火的工艺,其钎焊后产品尺寸缩减值最小。Different heat treatment processes were used for the core alloy ingot.The cold rolled products were annealed at 250℃×2 h and 400℃×2 h respectively,and then simulated brazing was carried out.The microstructure of the sample was observed with a metal⁃lographic microscope and the size data of the finished sample before and after brazing were measured with a vernier caliper.The test re⁃sults show that the ingot without soaking treatment has high Mn susaturation,and long and large grain size was obtained when its finished product was annealed with high temperature,and the grain size change is not obvious after brazing.No matter whether the ingot is soaking or not,the finished products are fiber microstructure after low temperature annealing,recrystallization microstructure after high temperature annealing,and recrystallization microstructure after brazing.The changes in the number of vacancies,dislocations and grain boundaries before and after brazing lead to the change of material density,which is the main reason for the size reduction af⁃ter brazing.For the material and process design of the battery cooling plate,non-soaking heat treatment of the ingot and the high tem⁃perature annealing of the finished product are adopted,and the product size reduction after brazing is the smallest.
