浅谈影响铝箔坯料熔体质量的因素及改进措施

摘　　要：铝箔坯料在后续成品轧制过程中存在质量问题。分析发现,在利用电解铝水生产双零箔坯料时,从高温电解槽吸出的原铝中有大量的渣、气和金属杂质,它们是影响后期生产过程熔体处理和坯料质量的重要因素。针对影响的主要因素进一步制定了改进措施和工艺方法,最终达到了提升坯料质量的目的。Based on the quality problems of aluminum foil billet in the subsequent rolling process of finished products of a certain company,it is found that when electrolytic aluminum liquid is used to produce double-zero foil billet,there are a large number of slag,gas and metal impurities in the primary aluminum sucked out of the high-temperature electrolytic cell,which are important factors affecting the melt treatment and billet quality in the subsequent production process.According to the main influencing factors,the improvement measures and process methods were further developed,and finally the purpose of improving the billet quality was achieved.
