摘　　要：某公司生产5182铝合金罐车料时,部分产品表面出现热轧起皮缺陷导致产品报废,损失较大。经研究发现,5182铝合金罐车料热轧起皮的原因为铸锭质量不良,局部有较多数量的铝镁氧化物夹渣。鉴于此,强化熔铸炉内精炼效果,并提高在线过滤精度,新生产的5182铝合金铸锭热轧未再出现问题,保证了5182铝合金罐车料产品稳定供货。During the production of 5182 aluminum alloy tank car materials,the surface of some products appeared hot rolling delami⁃nating defects,and the scrap loss was large.It is found that the hot rolling delaminating of 5182 aluminum alloy tank car is caused by poor ingot quality,and there is a large amount of aluminum magnesium oxide slag inclusion in local area.In view of this,during melting and casting,the refining effect in the furnace should be strengthened,and the online filtration accuracy should be improved,and the hot rolling of the newly produced 5182 aluminum alloy ingot has no problems,ensuring the stable supply of 5182 aluminum alloy tank car products.
