摘　　要：全面抗战爆发后,由于抗战的需要,国民政府提出滇缅铁路、川滇铁路、石(石屏)佛(佛海)铁路修筑计划。但受各方面条件限制,滇缅、滇川铁路仅有极少一部分通车,石佛铁路只进行了勘测,没有修筑。全面抗战时期云南铁路建设进展缓慢,成绩不明显,是战争局势与云南地域环境共同作用的结果。After the outbreak of the Comprehensive Anti-Japanese War,due to the needs of the war,the Nationalist Government proposed the construction of the Yunnan Myanmar Railway,the Sichuan-Yunnan Railway,and the Shiping Fohai Railway.However,due to limitations of various conditions,only a small part of Yunnan Myanmar and Yunnan-Sichuan railways have been opened,and the Shiping Fohai Railway has only been surveyed without construction.The slow progress and unclear achievements of railway construction in Yunnan during the period of the Comprehensive Anti-Japanese War were the results of the joint action of the war situation and the regional environment in Yunnan.
