摘 要:为了研究回收粉掺量对混凝土砖性能的影响,测试水胶比为0.20、0.25、0.30条件下0%、30%、40%、50%、60%掺量的回收粉对混凝土砖3 d、7 d、28 d的抗压强度、抗折强度及抗冻性能变化情况,利用X射线衍射分析的方法分析了水泥浆体水化产物的变化情况。研究表明,随着回收粉掺量的增加,混凝土砖的抗压强度和抗折强度降低,强度损失率增加,同时回收粉降低了粗骨料与水泥石之间的黏结性,所含碳酸钙对水泥后期的水化进程有不利影响。In order to study the influence of recycled powder content on the performance of concrete bricks,the compressive strength,flexural strength and frost resistance of concrete with 0%,30%,40%,50%and 60%recycled powder content at the water cement ratio of 0.20,0.25,0.30 were tested,and the changes of hydration products of cement paste were analyzed by X-ray diffraction.The research shows that with the increase of recycled powder content,the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete bricks decrease,and the strength loss rate increases.At the same time,the recycled powder reduces the cohesiveness between the coarse aggregate and the cement stone,and the hydration process of the calcium carbonate cement contained in it in the later period has adverse effects.
