填料种类和沥青针入度等级对沥青胶浆性能的影响

摘  要:选取石灰石、浮石和天然沸石三种填料,以及HA、MA和SA三种不同针入度等级的基质沥青,制备沥青胶浆。通过对胶黏剂进行温度敏感性和软化点测试,探究填料种类和沥青针入度等级对沥青胶浆高低温性能的影响。结果表明,加入沸石的沥青胶浆具有较好的高温性能,加入石灰石的沥青胶浆具有较好的低温性能。The asphalt mastic was prepared by using three kinds of fillers,such as limestone,pumice and natural zeolite,and three kinds of matrix asphalt with different penetration grades such as HA,MA and SA.The temperature sensitivity and softening point tests of the binders were conducted to investigate the effects of filler types and asphalt needle penetration grades on the high and low temperature properties of the asphalt mastic.The results showed that the asphalt mastic with zeolite had better high temperature performance and the asphalt mastic with limestone had better low temperature performance.
