摘 要:针对某型号柴油机原整体结构较为紧凑,可携带外围附件少,而应用于某车用领域时其外围附件安装空间不够,在后期应用配套过程中存在空调压缩机难安装的工程实际问题。为解决空调压缩机安装困难的问题,本文提出了几种可能的空调压缩机安装方案,具体分析了几种可行方案的优缺点,并运用专业软件进行模态分析,对几种安装方案进行综合评价分析,从而为应用于某车用领域的该柴油机选择最佳空调压缩机安装设计方案提供决策支持。The original overall structure of a certain model of diesel engine is relatively compact,and it can carry fewer peripheral accessories.However,when applied in a certain automotive field,the installation space of its peripheral accessories is insufficient,which poses a practical engineering problem of difficult installation of air conditioning compressors in the later application and matching process.To solve the problem of difficult installation of air conditioning compressors,this article proposes several possible installation schemes for air conditioning compressors,specifically analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several feasible schemes,and uses professional software for modal analysis to comprehensively evaluate and analyze the installation schemes.This provides decision support for selecting the best air conditioning compressor installation design scheme for the diesel engine applied in a certain automotive field.
