摘 要:这项研究对比分析了混合动力汽车和汽油车在中国国六蒸发排放试验中高温行驶阶段的炭罐脱附数据,发现混合动力汽车可以通过提升中高速行驶阶段炭罐脱附速率来弥补脱附时长不足。因此在炭罐测试系统上开展5、15、25、35、45L/min五种不同脱附速率的脱附试验,进一步量化脱附速率对炭罐脱附性能的影响。实验结果表明炭罐脱附效率随炭罐负载的减少而降低,随脱附速率的提高而增大。基于国六试验标准分析,五种速率中35L/min最符合试验炭罐的脱附要求。This study compared and analyzed the carbon canister purge data of hybrid and fuel vehicles in the high temperature driving phase of the China NationalⅥevaporative emission test,and found that hybrid vehicles can compensate for the lack of purge time by increasing the carbon canister purge rate during the medium and high speed driving.Therefore,five different purge rates of 5,15,25,35 and 45 L/min were tested on the carbon canister test system to further quantify the effect of purge rate on the desorption performance of the carbon canister.The experimental results showed that the desorption efficiency of the carbon canister decreased with the decrease of the carbon canister load and increased with the increase of the pruge rate.Based on the analysis of the National VI test standard,35L/min is the most suitable for the purge of the test carbon canister among the five rates.
