摘  要:在航空行业中,飞机发动机上的每个零部件都有重量要求,所以在零部件开发阶段在满足产品性能及其功能前提尽量减轻零部件重量,因此凸轮轴及其驱动齿轮中间处于镂空状态,为了提高产品质量稳定性,设计时在凸轮轴轴径增加定位销,但也因此增加了装配难度。现有技术中,由于驱动齿轮在加热时齿轮表面受热不均匀,以及散热速度快等因素,导致压装力过大而造成凸轮轴轴径切削、定位销变形等异常现象,因此传统的齿轮加热压装方式无法满足产品要求。In the aviation industry,every part of the aircraft engine has weight requirements,so during the part development phase,product engineers will consider reducing the weight of the parts as much as possible on the premise of meeting the product performance and functions.Therefore,the middle of the camshaft and its driving gear is in a hollow state.In order to improve the stability of product quality,positioning pins are added to the camshaft diameter during the design,which also increases the difficulty of assembly.In existing technology,due to factors such as uneven heating on the surface of the driving gear during heating and fast heat dissipation speed,excessive pressing force leads to abnormal phenomena such as camshaft diameter cutting and positioning pin deformation.Therefore,traditional gear heating and pressing methods cannot meet product requirements.
