摘  要:进气门油封泄漏率是影响气门积碳的主要因素之一。经过对进气门油封结构研究,提出一种解决气门积碳的低泄漏率进气门油封结构。通过气门油封泄漏率试验和耐久试验验证,并对比试验前后的进气门杆直径变化量和进气门下沉变化量,结果表明,优化后的进气门油封在保证气门、座圈导管等相关配副磨损可接受的前提下,能够实现降低气门积碳的效果。研究结果可以为气门积碳的解决提供参考。The leakage rate of intake valve oil seal is one of the main factors affecting the carbon deposition of valve.After studying the structure of intake valve oil seal,a low leakage rate intake valve oil seal structure is proposed to solve the problem of carbon deposit.Through the valve oil seal leakage rate test and durability test,and compared with the intake valve rod diameter change and intake valve sink change before and after the test,the results show that the optimized intake valve oil seal can achieve the effect of reducing the valve carbon deposit under the premise of ensuring the valve,seat guide and other related auxiliary wear acceptable.The results can provide reference for the solution of valve carbon deposition.
