摘  要:汽车是信息时代最主要的交通工具之一,在实际行驶过程中会产生大量的热量,为保证发动机能够正常运转,汽车自带冷却系统会及时散热,由此可以看出冷却系统是汽车发动机重要组成部分。然而汽车发动机冷却系统在运行过程中也会出现故障,如冷却液温度过高、冷却液温度过低、冷却液渗漏等,这些故障不仅会影响发动机运行,还会导致汽车其他机械部件处于不稳定状态,反而增加驾驶风险性。本文就汽车发动机冷却系统故障检测及维修展开系统化研究,从汽车发动机冷却系统运行原理分析入手,阐述汽车发动机冷却系统常见故障,随后叙述汽车发动机冷却系统故障检测及维修方法与系统维修及养护,希望能够为相关工作人员提供支持,进一步提高汽车安全水平。The car is one of the most important means of transportation in the information age,in the actual process of driving will produce a lot of heat,in order to ensure the normal operation of the engine,the cooling system of the car will be timely heat dissipation,it can be seen that the cooling system is an important part of the car engine.However,the automobile engine cooling system will also fail during operation,such as the coolant temperature is too high,the coolant temperature is too low,the coolant leakage,etc.These failures will not only affect the engine operation,but also lead to other mechanical parts of the car in an unstable state,but increase the driving risk.This paper carries out a systematic study on the fault detection and maintenance of automotive engine cooling system.Starting from the analysis of the operating principle of automotive engine cooling system,it expounds the common faults of automotive engine cooling system,and then describes the fault detection and maintenance methods of automotive engine cooling system as well as system maintenance and maintenance,hoping to provide support for relevant staff.We will further improve vehicle safety.
