中国共产党领导下公立医院发展的百年历程与经验

摘　　要：在党的领导下,我国公立医院发生了翻天覆地的变化,特别是党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视公立医院改革发展,将其作为事关人民群众健康福祉的重大民生工程,纳入全面深化改革的重要内容进行统筹谋划。在公立医院百年发展历程中,中国共产党审时夺势,结合时代背景和历史条件采取一系列方针政策和主要措施,鼓励公立医院在公益性导向下健康发展,为新时期推动公立医院高质量发展提供参考。Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,tremendous changes have taken place in public hospitals.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core attaches great importance to the reform and development of public hospitals,taking them as a major livelihood project related to the health and well-being of the people,which is included in the important content of comprehensive deepening reform for overall planning.In the centennial development of public hospitals,the CPC assessed the situation,adopted a series of policies and main measures in combination with the background of the times and historical conditions,and promoted the healthy development of public hospitals under the guidance of public welfare.Finally,this article summarizes the experience and provides guidance for promoting the high-quality development of public hospitals in the new era.
