摘　　要：以知识经济为背景探索创意资源驱动下城市更新的有关现象和规律,将有助于形成科学的城市更新行动和技术指南,破解老旧城区更新的普遍难题。选取苏州平江历史文化街区内的创意生态系统作为研究对象,以“文化—权力—空间”三元共生视角,构建包含文化共生、权力共生和空间共生3个一级指标,活力度、传承度、促进度、联系度、融合度和提升度6个二级指标,以及9个三级指标的评价体系,进而对平江历史文化街区创意更新的共生效应进行系统性研究。在全景式研究的基础上,选取4个街坊进行比较分析,并初步揭示文化、权力、空间要素在创意更新中的关联作用模式,为下一步创意更新驱动机制和实施路径的研究以及开展全面的城市更新体检奠定基础。Exploring the relevant phenomena and laws of urban regeneration driven by creative resources under the background of knowledge economy will help establish a scientific guaideline for urban regeneration technology and action,and solve the common problems of old urban areas.The creative ecosystem in Pingjiang historical and cultural district of Suzhou is selected as the research object,and the evaluation system of three first-level indicators(cultural symbiosis,power symbiosis and space symbiosis),6 second-level indicators(vitality degree,inheritance degree,promotion degree,connection degree,fusion degree and enhancement degree),and 9 third-level indicators from the perspective of"culture-power-space"ternary symbiosis is constructed,and then the symbiotic effect of creative regeneration of Pingjiang historical and cultural district is systematically studied.After the panoramic research,a comparative study is carried out on the four neighborhoods in the district,and the correlation mode of culture,power,and space elements in creative regeneration is primarily revealed,which lays the foundation for further study on the driving mechanism and implementation path of creative regeneration,and the comprehensive urban regeneration physical examination.
