摘  要:在常规高速公路桥梁墩柱冬季施工中,桥梁高墩采用棉被覆盖保温方式,其保温效果较差,混凝土存在较大的质量隐患;采用暖棚法的缺点亦较多,成本高,而且暖棚结构庞大,塔吊吊装时不方便。以运三高速公路公铁黄河特大桥高墩为例,采用超细无机纤维喷涂棉保温材料喷涂于模板外侧,内铺电热丝形成隔热膜,对浇筑混凝土起到保温作用。实践研究表明,该技术与常规冬施保温措施相比,具有保温材料轻便,保温效果良好,投入费用低的优点,且具有操作方便、适用性强和便于普及的特点,是一种应用前景极为广阔的新型保温方法。该技术的成功应用,可有效解决冬季施工中高墩混凝土养护质量低等问题,保证了桥梁高墩的施工质量。In the winter construction of conventional highway bridge piers and columns,the insulation effect of using cotton quilt to cover the high piers of the bridge is poor,and there are significant quality hazards in the concrete.The disadvantages of using the greenhouse method are also many,and the cost is high.In addition,the greenhouse structure is huge,making it inconvenient to lift the tower crane.Taking the high piers of the Yellow River Extra Large Bridge on the Yunsan Expressway as an example,ultrafine inorganic fiber sprayed cotton insulation material is used to spray on the outer side of the formwork,and electric heating wires are laid inside to form an insulation film,which plays a thermal insulation role in pouring concrete.Practical research has shown that this technology is more lightweight than conventional winter insulation measures,with good insulation effects,low investment costs,and has the characteristics of easy operation,strong applicability,and easy popularization.It is a new type of insulation method with extremely broad application prospects.The successful application of this technology can effectively solve the problem of low maintenance quality of high pier concrete in winter construction,and provide a construction method for similar construction,which has certain reference value.
