摘 要:蓄电池作为电源系统的重要后备储能元件,能在外部停电的情况下通过电源系统对外提供不间断的稳定供电,其在轨道交通各专业机房及其他重要供电场景得到大量应用。与此同时,在电源机房内,蓄电池因其数量多、检修工作量大,成为运维工作的重点与难点。介绍了一种移动便携式蓄电池检测分析平台,系统由便携式蓄电池监测设备、平台软件、快速接插件等组成,通过该平台对蓄电池的连续测试、数据分析、自动生产报表及与此前记录做对比的功能,可检测蓄电池的健康状态,极大地减少检修工作量,简化检修流程,助力蓄电池的智能运维。As an important backup energy storage component of the power system,batteries can provide uninterrupted and stable power supply through the power system in the event of external power outages.Due to their important characteristics,they have been widely used in various professional computer rooms and other important power supply scenarios in rail transit.At the same time,in the power supply room,batteries have become the focus and difficulty of operation and maintenance work due to their large quantity and heavy maintenance workload.The article introduces a mobile portable battery detection and analysis platform,which consists of portable battery monitoring equipment,platform software,quick connectors,etc.Through the platform's functions of continuous testing,data analysis,automatic production reports,and comparison with previous records of batteries,the health status of batteries can be detected,greatly reducing maintenance workload,simplifying maintenance processes,and assisting in the intelligent operation and maintenance of batteries.
