摘 要:旨在对比分析混合砂混凝土与河砂混凝土在工作性能、强度和抗氯离子渗透能力等方面的表现,进而评估混合砂混凝土在工程实际中的可行性和经济效益。通过实验室试验对比了混合砂混凝土与河砂混凝土在相同配合比下的坍落度、早期及后期强度,并测定了两者的抗氯离子渗透性能。实验表明,预制混凝土衬砌管片各项检测指标均符合设计要求。混合砂混凝土尽管在工作性能上略逊于河砂混凝土,但其后期强度和抗氯离子渗透性能表现出较高优越性,且预制混凝土衬砌管片的各项检测均满足设计要求。因此,混合砂混凝土在工程实际中具有一定的可行性和经济效益,值得进一步推广和应用。Intended to compare and analyze the performance of mixed sand concrete and river sand concrete in terms of workability,strength,and resistance to chloride ion penetration,in order to evaluate the potential application and economic benefits of mixed sand concrete in engineering practice.The slump,early and late strength of mixed sand concrete and river sand concrete were compared through laboratory experiments at the same mix ratio,and their resistance to chloride ion penetration was measured.The experiment shows that all detection indicators of prefabricated concrete lining segments meet the design requirements.Although mixed sand concrete is slightly inferior to river sand concrete in terms of working performance,its later strength and resistance to chloride ion penetration performance show high superiority,and the various tests of prefabricated concrete lining segments meet the design requirements.Therefore,mixed sand concrete has certain feasibility and economic benefits in engineering practice,and is worth further promotion and application.
