摘  要:由甜瓜坏死斑点病毒(melon necrotic spot virus,MNSV)侵染引起的甜瓜坏死斑点病毒病在我国多地发生,严重影响着甜瓜的产量与品质。以392份来自国内外的甜瓜种质为试验材料,采用田间自然发病的方法,于果实定形期进行发病情况调查,计算发病率、病情指数、相对抗性指数。结果表明,392份甜瓜种质资源中有高抗材料296份,中抗材料50份,中感材料25份,高感材料21份。其中,302份厚皮甜瓜自交纯系中表现高抗的种质有245份,占81.13%;26份地方品种厚皮甜瓜自交系中表现高抗的种质有14份,占53.85%;8份地方品种薄皮甜瓜自交系均为高抗种质资源;11份国外种质资源中表现高抗的种质有8份,占72.73%;31份国内F1代中表现高抗的种质有15份,占48.39%;14份国外F1代中表现高抗的种质有6份,占42.86%。Melon necrotic spot virus disease caused by melon necrotic spot virus(MNSV)infection has occurred in many parts of China,seriously affecting the yield and quality of melon.In this study,392 melon germplasms from home and abroad were used as experimental materials,and the method of natural infected in the field was used to investigate the incidence of disease at the fruit stop expanding period,and calculate the incidence rate,disease index,and relative resistance index.The results showed that among 392 melon germplasm resources,there were 296 high resistance materials,including 50 medium resistance materials,25 medium sensitivity materials,and 21 high sensitivity materials.Among them,245 out of the 302 thick skin melon inbred pure lines(accounting for 81.13%)showed high resistance,14 of the 26 landraces thick skin melon inbred lines(accounting for 53.85%)showed high resistance germplasm,8 landraces of thin skin melon inbred lines are all high resistance germplasm resources,8 of the 11 foreign germplasm resources(accounting for 72.73%)showed high resistance,15 of the 31 domestic hybrid generation(accounting for 48.39%)showed high resistance,and 6 of the 14 foreign hybrid generation(accounting for 42.86%)showed high resistance.
