摘　　要：统一战线工作是新时代高校基层党组织的重要工作内容,也是推进高校基层党组织治理现代化的有效抓手。当下高校基层党组织统战工作仍然存在主体责任不清、选用机制不顺、作用发挥不强等现实问题,这些问题直接制约着基层党组织“凝聚人心、汇聚力量”的政治优势。加强高校基层党组织统战工作,必须坚持有利于促进大团结大联合工作格局、有利于实现高水平大学建设目标、有利于建言献策和服务社会、有利于提升基层治理水平的基本原则,科学架构以大统战工作为核心的政治引领机制、组织管理机制、参政议政机制和服务保障机制,以满足新时代高校统战工作的新要求。The united front work is an important work content of the grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities in the new era,and it is also an effective grasp to promote the modernization of the grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities.At present,there are still some practical problems in the united front work of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities,such as unclear main responsibility,improper selection mechanism,and weak role play.These problems directly restrict the political advantages of grass-roots party organizations to'unite people and gather strength'.To strengthen the united front work of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities,we must adhere to the basic principles that are conducive to promoting the pattern of great unity and joint work,conducive to the realization of the goal of high-level university construction,conducive to providing advice and suggestions and serving the society,and conducive to improving the level of grass-roots service.The political guidance mechanism,organizational management mechanism,political participation mechanism and service guarantee mechanism with the united front work as the core should be scientifically constructed to meet the new requirements of the united front work in colleges and universities in the new era.
