摘　　要：宁夏地区超低能耗建筑技术发展和推广的时间不长红寺堡镇弘德村为例,对农宅的平面布局、结构类型、围护结构、用能情况等方面进行调研,分析现有农宅存在的问题。通过提高建筑保温性能、充分运用当地丰富的太阳能资源,对优化的超低能耗农宅进行节能分析,提出适合当地的超低能耗农宅设计方案及适宜性技术模式,为宁夏地区超低能耗农宅建设提供参考。The development and promotion of ultra-low-energy building technology in Ningxia has not been long,and there are very few physical cases of its application in agricultural buildings.Taking Hongde Village in Hongsibao Town,Wuzhong City,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as an example,the plan layout,structure type,enclosure structure,and energy use of the farmhouse were investigated to analyse the problems of the existing farmhouse.By improving the building thermal insulation performance and making full use of the abundant local solar energy resources,the optimised ultra-low energy consumption farmhouse is analysed for energy saving,and the design scheme of the ultra-low energy consumption farmhouse and the appropriate technical model suitable for the local area are proposed,which provide a reference for the construction of ultra-low energy consumption farmhouses in the Ningxia area.
