摘 要:随着城市人口的扩张及居住者对人居环境质量要求的提高,西安市夏季降温需求日益增加。为了解西安市居住建筑室内热环境现状,以当地典型高层居住建筑为例,对夏季室外气象参数及室内温湿度等多项室内热环境参数的现场测试,分析西安市居住建筑夏季室内热环境特征,并结合当地气候适宜性及建筑设计特征,提出了适宜的节能改进策略。With the expansion of urban population and the improvement of residents'demand for the quality of human settlements,the demand for cooling is increasingly significant in summer in Xi'an.The indoor thermal environment of the typical high-rise residential building is analyzed on the basis of the in-situ test to know the present situation of residential building in Xi’an in summer.By measuring the in-situ test of multiple parameters such as outdoor meteorological parameters and indoor temperature,relative humidity,thermal comfort situations of typical high-rise residential building in this region are analyzed.The analysis results show that the local solar radiation is strong and the summer is hot.The local residential buildings have high indoor temperature in summer,poor natural ventilation and poor indoor thermal environment,combined with local climate suitability and architectural design characteristics,this paper puts forward appropriate energy-saving improvement strategies.
