基于《绿色建筑评价标准》的声学现场检测探讨——以深圳市某医院住院综合大楼为例

摘　　要：为探讨建筑声学的现场检测方法,以及在绿色建筑标准评价过程中需要注意的常见问题,以深圳市某医院住院综合大楼为例,对该项目建筑声学的环境噪声、室内噪声、建筑构件隔声进行验收检测和评价,在满足GB/T50378—2019《绿色建筑评价标准》关于建筑声学条文控制项的前提下,给出相对应的建筑声学条文得分项分数,作为该项目绿色建筑星级评价的支撑和出具绿色建筑等级符合性评估报告的依据,为建筑声学的现场检测和绿色建筑等级符合性评估提供一定的参考。In order to explore the on-site testing methods of building acoustics and the common problems that need to be noted in the evaluation process of green building standards,taking a hospitalization building in Shenzhen as an example,the acceptance testing and evaluation of the project's building acoustics in terms of ambient noise,indoor noise,and sound insulation of building components are carried out,and the corresponding scores of building acoustics provisions are given as the basis for the project's green building star rating evaluation and the issuance of the green building grade compliance assessment report,under the premise of the control items of building acoustics provisions.Under the premise of meeting the control items of building acoustics provisions,the corresponding scores of building acoustics provisions are given as the support for the green building star evaluation of the project and the basis for issuing the green building grade conformity assessment report,which provides a certain reference for the on-site inspection of building acoustics and the assessment of green building grade conformity.
