摘  要:大庆致密油储层为陆相沉积,主要发育有扶余和高台子油层。扶余油层存在单井产量低、采出程度低、产量递减快等问题,同时扶余油层水平井钻出层情况比较普遍;某区块完钻20口井,其中11口井平均砂岩钻遇率仅40.7%,常规压裂储量损失大。为此,开展大庆致密油储层水平井密集切割穿层压裂提产增效试验,提高储量动用程度,实现井筒的立体改造;开展钻遇储层段密集切割+钻出层段穿层压裂优化设计,优化储层段簇距9.0~10.5 m,穿层段簇距20~24 m,根据致密油穿层标准优化参数,优选伽马值低、储隔层应力差值低、隔层厚度小的位置进行穿层压裂布缝,同时应用压前测试压裂诊断和现场施工控制技术,保证穿层成功率,优选一体化滑溜水压裂液体系,保证基质到裂缝、裂缝到井筒油气流通全通道的畅通,大幅降低储层伤害和施工成本。Tight oil reservoirs in Daqing Oilfield are continental deposits,mainly developed with Fuyu and Gaotaizi oil layers.Fuyu oil layer has problems of low single well production,low recovery rate and rapid production decline.Meanwhile,the horizontal wells in Fuyu oil layers are generally drilled out.There are 20 wells drilled in a block,of which the average sandstone drilling rate is only 40.7%,and the conventional fracturing reserves loss is large.Therefore,the production and efficiency increase test of horizontal wells in Daqing tight reservoir is carried out to improve reserves utilization and realize the three-dimensional transformation of the wellbore.With the goal of "increasing production and efficiency",to carry out the optimization design of "intensive cutting of drilled reservoir interval & drilling interval perforation fracturing",optimize the reservoir interval cluster spacing of 9~10.5 m,with the perforation interval cluster spacing of 20~24 m.According to the standard optimization parameters for tight oil perforation,the position with low gamma value,low stress difference and small interval thickness is optimized.At the same time,pre-pressure testing,fracturing diagnosis,and on-site construction control technology are applied to ensure the success rate of layer penetration.The "integrated slick water" fracturing fluid system is optimized to ensure the smooth flow of oil and gas from the matrix to the fracture and from the fracture to the wellbore,greatly reducing reservoir damage and construction costs.
