摘 要:渤海L油田进入中高含水期后,低产低效井的比例增加,油井利用率低,开采效果差,严重制约了油田的长期稳产。针对油田开发现状,总结出低产低效井的原因,并基于大量生产动态数据,应用油藏工程方法对低效井的潜力进行评价,结合采油工艺技术,有效提出具有针对性的“一井一策”治理措施。实践表明,低产低效井治理取得了较好的效果,单井日增油20 m^(3),累计增油量约8.0×10^(4) m^(3),为同类型油藏低产低效井治理提供借鉴。After entering the medium-high water cut stage in Bohai L Oilfield,the proportion of low production and low efficiency wells has increased,resulting in low oil well utilization and poor production,which badly restricts the long-term stable production.Based on the current development status,the types and main reasons for low production and efficiency are summarized.In combination with a large amount of production performance data,reservoir engineering methods are applied for potential evaluation.Combined with oil recovery technology,"one well,one policy" is provided.Practice has shown that the treatment measures have achieved good effect,with a daily increase of 20 m^(3) per well and a cumulative increase of about 8.0×10^(4) m^(3),which provides a good reference for low production and efficiency wells in similar oil reservoirs.
