摘 要:基于傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱法(ATR-FTIR)研究不同烘烤固化方式和工艺对无取向硅钢含铬绝缘涂层部分性能的变动,讨论了涂层厚度、红外加热方式和固化程度对含铬涂层红外光谱的影响。结果发现:ATR-FTIR可作为硅钢含铬绝缘涂层测试表征的重要方法,可规避涂层厚度、色泽波动所致影响;红外谱图中915 cm-1附近的吸收峰,可作为涂层中是否含有[Cr6+]的判断依据;1585 cm-1附近的吸收峰可作为硅钢含铬涂层成膜物质(丙烯酸树脂与三价铬交联形成复合盐)的特征峰参照。Based on Fourier Transform Attenuated Total Reflection Infrared Spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR),the changes of different curing methods and processes on the properties of non-oriented silicon steel chromiumcontaining insulating coatings were studied.Effects of coating thickness,infrared heating method and curing degree on the IR spectrum of Cr-coatings were discussed.The results show that ATR-FTIR can be used as an important method for the characterization of Cr-containing insulating coatings on silicon steel,which can avoid the influence of coating thickness and color fluctuations;the absorption peak near 915 cm-1 in the IR spectrum can be used as the basis for judging whether the coating contains[Cr6+];the peak near 1585 cm-1 can be used as reference for the characteristic peak of the film-forming substance of the Crcoating on silicon steel(acrylic resin cross-linked with trivalent chromium to form a complex salt).
