摘  要:以空气-水为介质,采用直径1 200 mm、高6 m、内置4块塔板的冷模塔,对梯形固阀塔板雾沫夹带性能进行实验研究。考察3种液流强度、3种出口堰高、3种开孔率对塔板雾沫夹带性能的影响,并与同等条件下筛孔塔板作对比。结果显示:梯形固阀塔板雾沫夹带率的大小主要与清液层厚度增加有关,厚度增加引起的液层阻力增大或气液分离空间减小相互制约,共同影响雾沫夹带量;与筛孔塔板的对比实验中,梯形固阀塔板对雾沫夹带现象表现出明显的抑制优势,同时液泛点气速提升约15%,说明梯形固阀塔板具有更高的气相负荷上限;根据实验数据拟合出梯形固阀塔板的雾沫夹带关联式,量化了雾沫夹带性能参数,为大通量高黏性物系分离研究提供参考,有进一步研究的工业价值。Experimental research was conducted on the entrainment performance of trapezoidal fixed valve trays in a 6 m tall cooling tower with a diameter of 1200 mm and four internal trays,using air-water as the medium.The influences of three liquid flow rates,three outlet weir heights and three open area ratios on the entrainment performance of the trays were investigated and compared with sieve trays under equivalent conditions.The results show that the entrainment rate of trapezoidal fixed valve trays is mainly influenced by the increase in the thickness of the clear liquid layer.The increase of thickness leads to the increase of liquid layer resistance and the decrease of gas-liquid separation space,which mutually constrain and affect the entrainment amount.Comparing with the sieve trays,the trapezoidal fixed valve trays exhibit a significant advantage in suppressing entrainment phenomena,while the flooding point gas velocity is increased by approximately 15%.This indicates that the trapezoidal fixed valve trays have upper limit of gas phase load.A correlation equation for entrainment of trapezoidal fixed valve trays is derived based on experimental data,providing quantification of performance parameters of entrainment and serving as a reference for the separation of high-viscosity systems with large flow rates.The findings have industrial value for further research.
