摘 要:为解决传统燃烧优化调整存在的问题,以提升锅炉燃烧效率和环保性,开发了基于数据驱动的锅炉风粉智能优化系统。通过引入环形阵列非接触式煤粉静电场测量技术,可实时准确地测量一次风管道内煤粉流速、浓度等一次风粉的关键参数。通过煤粉流速调节装置、煤粉分配均衡装置,可实现各燃烧器出口煤粉流速、浓度的调平或有目的的调整,控制煤粉进入炉膛燃烧的分布,在热态条件下达到各粉管的粉量均衡。自动调平控制系统通过输出最优指导参数进行燃烧控制,给运行人员提供指导,完成对机组的调整操作。在实际应用中,本系统解决了煤粉分布不均的问题,提高了燃烧效率,实现了低NOx燃烧,达到了预期目标。In order to solve the problems of traditional combustion optimization adjustment and improve boiler combustion efficiency and environmental protection,a data-driven intelligent optimization system for boiler air and powder has been developed,including a monitoring device for coal powder flow rate and concentration,a coal powder flow rate adjustment device,a coal powder distribution balance device,and an automatic leveling control system.By introducing a circular array non-contact coal powder electrostatic field measurement technology,key parameters such as coal powder flow rate and concentration in the primary air duct can be accurately measured in real time.Through the coal powder flow rate adjustment device and coal powder distribution balance device,the flow rate and concentration of coal powder at the outlet of each burner can be adjusted or purposefully adjusted,and the distribution of coal powder entering the furnace combustion can be controlled,achieving a balanced amount of coal powder in each pipe under hot conditions.The automatic leveling control system outputs the optimal guidance parameters for combustion control,providing guidance to operators and completing the adjustment operation of the unit.In practical applications,this system has solved the problem of uneven distribution of coal powder,improved combustion efficiency,realized low NOx combustion,and achieved the expected goals.
