摘　　要：供电服务指挥人员是电网公司运行的主力军,他们的思想高度与技术水平往往能决定供电公司面对停电故障的反应速度与抢修水平。介绍了国家电网常州市供电公司,在搭建基于数字化理论的配电网一张图停电信息展示平台的同时,积极开展面向供电服务指挥人员的培训体系平台,利用数字化能力标签贯穿学习人员、学习资料、学习平台与考试系统,从技术与人员2个方向全面提高公司数字化水平。Power supply service commanders are the main force in the operation of power grid companies,and their ideological level and technical level often determine the response speed and repair level of power supply companies in the face of power outage faults.The State Grid Changzhou Power Supply Company of China was introduced.While building a digital theory based outage information display platform for a diagram of the distribution network,it actively carries out a training system platform for power supply service command personnel,using digital ability tags to penetrate learners,learning materials,learning platforms,and exam systems,comprehensively improving the company's digital level from both technical and personnel perspectives.
