摘 要:为了解决水厂泵机排水流量波动大的问题,采用了基于自适应调节速率的控制策略。首先,通过构建自适应调节速率模块结构,监测泵机出口压力和管道周围压力的差异来调节进水速率,抑制水流量大幅度波动;其次,考虑到目标排水流量、实际排水量以及泵机的泄露等参数,引入补偿控制策略建立水厂泵机的数学模型;最后,为了进一步优化泵机的控制性能,在水厂泵机的数学模型中引入预测控制算法,应用预测函数和正交基函数表达输入值,通过计算最佳运行水位与输出值之间的误差,获取误差补偿量。利用计算得到的排水流量参考输出值,引入二次型优化性能指标对其进行滚动优化,实现水厂泵机排水流量的自动控制和优化调整。经实验验证,排水流量波动现象得到明显改善。控制能耗在40.15 kW·h~48.95 kW·h之间变化,且在水厂泵机出现变量变载工况时,回归稳定状态时间较短。表明水厂泵机排水流量的自动控制效果得到了显著提升。In order to solve the problem of large fluctuations in the discharge flow rate of water plant pumps,a control strategy based on adaptive adjustment rate was adopted.Firstly,by constructing an adaptive rate adjustment module structure,the difference between the pump outlet pressure and the surrounding pressure of the pipeline is monitored to adjust the inlet rate and suppress significant fluctuations in water flow.Secondly,considering parameters such as target drainage flow rate,actual drainage amount,and pump leakage,a compensation control strategy is introduced to establish a mathematical model of the water plant pump.Finally,in order to further optimize the control performance of the pump,predictive control algorithms are introduced into the mathematical model of the water plant pump,and the input values are expressed using predictive functions and orthogonal basis functions.The error compensation is obtained by calculating the error between the optimal operating water level and the output value.Using the calculated drainage flow reference output value,a quadratic optimization performance index is introduced for rolling optimization to achieve automatic control and optimization adjustment of the drainage flow of the water plant pump.After experimental verification,the fluctuation of drainage flow has been significantly improved.Control the energy consumption to vary between 40.15 kW·h and 48.95 kW·h,and when the pump machine in the water plant experiences variable load conditions,the time to return to stable state is relatively short.This indicates that the automatic control effect of the drainage flow of the water plant pump has been significantly improved.
