摘  要:警务实战训练从来不是教官的“独角戏”,而是建立在教官与民警的积极互动以及参训民警的全方位参与的基础之上,参训民警从自己的工作性质出发,思考“我为什么要学这些内容”“和我的工作有什么直接关系”“在实际中有什么用处”等问题,这些问题正是影响训练质效的最重要的因素。BOPPPS模型教学法的一个显著特点是以学习者为中心,在充分考虑学习兴趣和实际岗位需求的基础上,突出教学互动和学习者的全方位参与,科学进行教学设计,确保教学取得实效,是一个强调学习者参与和反馈的闭环教学过程模型,也是帮助教学者分解分析教学过程、建立教学模型、改善提升教学成效的工具,对我们开发设计警务实战训练课程具有较强的借鉴意义。Police practical training has never been a one-on-one show for instructors,but is based on the active interaction between instructors and police officers,as well as the comprehensive participation of participating police officers.Participating police officers often start from the nature of their work,thinking about"why do I need to learn these contents","what is the direct relationship with my work","what is the use in practice"and other issues,These issues are the most important factors that affect the quality and effectiveness of training.A significant feature of the BOPPPS model teaching method is that it is learner centered,highlighting teaching interaction and learner participation in all aspects while fully considering learning interests and actual job requirements.Scientific teaching design ensures effective teaching,and it is a closed-loop teaching process model that emphasizes learner participation and feedback.It also helps teachers decompose and analyze the teaching process,establish teaching models,and Improving tools to enhance teaching effectiveness has strong reference significance for us to develop and design police practical training courses.
