摘  要:目的 通过建立亳州地区菊花的HPLC指纹图谱,鉴别菊花的不同品种类型,为评价亳州地区菊花质量控制提供一定参考。方法 采用HPLC,ZORBOX SB-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm),以乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸(B)为流动相,流速0.8 ml/min,柱温35℃,进行梯度洗脱,检测波长325 nm。结果 建立了亳州地区菊花药材的HPLC指纹图谱,标定13个共有峰,指纹图谱的相似度在0.100~0.999之间,并定量测定了菊花样品中绿原酸、木犀草苷、3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸的含量。结论 本实验建立的高效液相指纹图谱方法能简便、快速地对亳州地区菊花品种进行区分,也为亳州地区菊花的质量控制与品质评价奠定初步的研究基础。Objective To establish the fingerprint of Chrysanthemum in Bozou area by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),to identify the different types of Chrysanthemum,and provide reference for evaluating the quality control of chrysanthemum in Bozhou area.Methods HPLC method was used,ZORBOX SB-C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with acetonitrile(A)-0.1%phosphoric acid(B)as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.8ml/min.The column temperature was 35℃.The detection wavelength was 325 nm.Results HPLC fingerprints of chrysanthemum in Bozhou area were established and 13 common peaks were identified.The similarity of fingerprints ranged from 0.100 to 0.999.The contents of chlorogenic acid,luteolin and 3,5-O-dicafeoyl quinic acid in chrysanthemum samples were quantitatively determined.Conclusions The HPLC fingerprint method established in this experiment can easily and quickly distinguish chrysanthemum varieties in Bozhou area,and also provides a preliminary research basis for quality control and quality evaluation of chrysanthemums in Bozhou area.
