摘　　要：围术期低体温会增加非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术患者手术压力性损伤、呼吸衰竭、凝血功能异常等并发症发生风险,提前采取预防性措施有利于护士做出良好的手术护理配合,降低其发生率,促进手术成功和患者术后康复。本文从非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术围术期低体温的高危因素、预防措施、管理策略等方面进行综述,旨在为患者提供有效的体温管理,减少围术期低体温的发生。Perioperative hypothermia will increase the risk of surgical stress injury,respiratory failure,abnormal coagulation,and other complications in patients undergoing off-cardiopulmonary bypass surgery.Preventive measures taken in advance will help nurses to make good surgical nursing cooperation,reduce the incidence of hypothermia,and promote surgical success and postoperative rehabilitation of patients.This paper reviews the high-risk factors,preventive measures,and management strategies of perioperative hypothermia in off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting,aiming to provide effective temperature management for patients and reduce the occurrence of perioperative hypothermia.
