摘　　要：目的 梳理和分析我国养老需求研究现状、热点及发展趋势,为今后相关研究提供思路和参考。方法 运用可视化软件CiteSpace对中国知网数据库(CNKI)1999—2022年核心期刊的养老需求文献进行可视化及计量学分析。结果 筛选后共纳入562篇文献,年度发文量总体呈上升趋势。该领域多数机构与学者独立研究,作者合作团体形成6个。聚类族群共形成15个,近5年出现的突现关键词主要为社区居家养老服务、影响因素、智慧养老、医养结合。结论 该领域尚未形成稳定的高产作者群,机构与作者间的合作有待提高。研究热点归纳为不同养老模式需求与影响养老需求因素两个研究主题。预测未来的发展趋势集中在智慧养老的深入探索、医学专业性人才的培养、多元责任主体的参与。Objective To sort out and analyze the research status,hotspots and development trends of the elderly care demand in China,in order to provide ideas and references for future relevant research.Methods CiteSpace,a visualization software,was used to conduct visualize and metrology analysis of the literature on elderly care needs published in core journals of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from 1999 to 2022.Results After screening,a total of 562 documents were retrieved,with an overall upward trend in the number of annual publications.Most institutions and scholars in this field conducted independent research,with six collaborative groups of authors.A total of 15 clusters were established,the most prevalent burst terms being community home care services,influencing factors,smart elderly care,and combination of medical treatment and endowment in the last five years.Conclusions Stable group of highly productive authors in the field has not yet been formed,and institutional and author collaboration has to be strengthened.The study hotspots are divided into two research themes:demand for various aged care models and factors that influence demand for elderly care.We predict that in the future the development trends focus on the in-depth exploration of smart elderly care,the cultivation of medical professionals,and the participation of multiple responsible subjects.
