摘  要:市场对铝合金性能的要求多方面,既有高强、高导热,也有低密度、低膨胀系数等要求。文章在日标AC9B铝合金标准成分范围内,采用CALPHAD热力学计算方法,模拟不同元素质量分数下铝合金的综合性能,包括屈服强度、导热率、膨胀系数、电导率、密度、拉伸强度、泊松比、杨氏模量等,建立合金性能与合金元素质量百分数之间的函数关系及多元线性规划问题,求解获得合金最优性能及合金组分,为高强高导热铝合金组分的优化设计提供理论依据。The requirements for aluminum alloy property in the market are usually multifaceted,including high strength,high thermal conductivity,low density,and low coefficient of thermal expansion.In this study,within the standard composition range of aluminum alloy JIS AC9B,the CALPHAD thermodynamic calculation method was used to simulate the comprehensive property of aluminum alloys with different mass fractions of elements.This includes yield strength,thermal conductivity,coefficient of thermal expansion,electrical conductivity,density,tensile strength,Poisson’s ratio,Young’s modulus,etc.,to establish the functional relationship between alloy property and mass percentages of alloying elements,as well as a multivariate linear programming problem,to slove the optimal alloy performance and alloy components.This provides a theoretical basis for the optimization design of high strength and high thermal conductivity aluminum alloy components.
