摘　　要：计量是质量提升的基础和标尺,计量行业需要越来越多的专业人才。文章重点阐述计量测试与应用技术专业人才的岗位需求、素质需求和能力需求,并对人才培养提出了针对性建议,为计量测试与应用技术专业建设和人才培养提供借鉴。The measurement industry needs more and more professional talents as the foundation and scale for improving measurement quality.This article focuses on the job requirements,quality requirements,and ability requirements of professionals in metrology testing and application technology,and targeted suggestions were put forward for talent cultivation,and provides reference for the construction and personnel training of metrology testing and application technology.
