摘　　要：Shotblocker作为一种减轻患者注射疼痛的非药物干预方法,其在国外已经应用到临床实践当中。本文对Shotblocker在缓解药物注射时的疼痛进行综述,包括Shotblocker的特点、使用方法、理论基础、应用现状和效果等,并总结了目前研究的不足和展望,以期为国内临床实践提供指导。Shotblocker is a non-pharmacological intervention tool which was designed to reduce injection pain for patients and it has been used in clinical practice in abroad.This paper reviews Shotblocker for relieving pain during injection,including the features,methods of use,theoretical basis,application status and effects of Shotblocker,and summarizes the shortcomings and prospects of current research.In order to provide guidance for clinical practice.
