摘 要:地下环路可有效缓解城市核心区地面交通拥堵,改善区域环境品质,在越来越多的城市核心区中得到了应用。国内已有多个城市对地下环路的设计方法进行了探索,但国内尚未有针对地下环路设计的规范和细则,仍存在设计思路不明确、设计标准不统一等问题。基于大量城市核心区地下环路设计实践的提炼总结,以福州滨海新城地下环路为例,对地下环路总体布局、外部出入口设置、内部出入口设置及间距控制等设计要点进行分析,可为同类工程的规划、设计提供借鉴和启示。In order to alleviate the contradiction between people and vehicles on the ground in central urban district,improve regional environmental quality,underground ring roads have been applied in more and more central urban districts.Many cities have explored the design methods of underground ring road,but there are no standards and detailed rules for the design of underground ring road in China,and there are still issues such as unclear design ideas and inconsistent design standards.Based on the extraction and summary of a large number of underground ring road design practices,this paper takes the underground ring road of Fuzhou Binhai New Town as an example to explore the overall layout of the underground ring road,the setting of external entrances and exits,and the key points of internal entrances and exits,aiming to provide reference and inspiration for the planning and design of similar projects.
