摘  要:水利工程施工进度不仅影响工程建设成本,还可能因度汛问题影响工程安全。基于BIM技术和图像识别技术提出了一种虚实结合的闸墩浇筑高度识别方法。利用BIM技术建立闸墩虚拟模型,可得到不同闸墩浇筑高度的虚拟图像数据集;采用改进后的深度学习算法Vision Transformers对闸墩浇筑高度虚拟数据集进行训练学习,得到能够识别闸墩浇筑高度的识别模型;在实验室建立闸墩真实模型,模拟不同闸墩浇筑高度,利用摄像机获取闸墩不同浇筑高度实景图像,再利用经过训练的识别模型对实景图像进行验证。结果表明,所得模型能够精准识别闸墩浇筑高度的实景图像。该方法可推广应用于水利工程主体建筑物的真实施工进度识别,也可为数字孪生水利工程建设提供支撑。The construction schedule of water conservancy project not only affects the construction cost,but also may affect the safety of the project due to the flood.Based on BIM technology and image recognition technology,a virtual and real combination of gate pier pouring height recognition method was proposed.The BIM technology was used to establish the virtual model of gate pier,and virtual image data sets of different pouring heights of gate pier could be obtained.The improved deep learning algorithm Vision Transformers was used to train and learn the virtual data set of the pouring height of gate pier,and the recognition model that can identify the pouring height of gate pier was obtained.The real model of gate pier was established in the laboratory to simulate different pouring heights of gate pier.The camera was used to obtain the real images of different pouring heights of gate pier,and the trained recognition model was used to verify the real images.The results show that the model can accurately identify the pouring height of the gate pier real image.This method can be applied to the real construction progress identification of the main structure of hydraulic engineering,and can also provide support for the construction of digital twin hydraulic engineering.
