内镜下套扎术联合康复新液治疗内痔的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下套扎术(EVL)联合康复新液治疗内痔的临床疗效。方法选取2019年12月至2020年8月景德镇市第三人民医院收治的100例内痔患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。观察组给予EVL联合康复新液治疗,对照组给予传统痔疮套扎术联合康复新液治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床相关指标改善情况、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分、术后并发症发生情况及内痔复发情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、术后首次排便时间、创面愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组VAS评分低于治疗前,SF-36评分高于治疗前,且观察组VAS评分低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症总发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的18.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后1年内复发率比较差异无统计学意义。结论内镜下套扎术联合康复新液治疗内痔效果显著,能有效减少术后并发症的发生,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explorethe clinical effect of endoscopic ligation(EVL)combined with Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids.Methods 100 patients with internal hemorrhoids treated in the Jingdezhen Third People's Hospital between December 2019 and Au-gust 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with EVL combined with Kangfuxin liquid,while the control group were treated with conventional ligation of hemorrhoid combined with Kangfuxin liquid.The clinical effects,improvement of related clinical indicators,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,the MOS 36-item short-form health survey(SF-36)scores,the incidence of postoperative complications and re-currence were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 84.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,postoperative first defecation time,wound healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score of the two groups was lower than be-fore treatment,SF-36 score was higher than before treatment,and the VAS scores in the observation group was lower than those in the control group,and the SF-36 scores was higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than 18.00%in the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate within 1 year after surgery.Conclusion Endoscopic ligation combined with Kangfuxin liquid is effective in the tr
